Terms of Service

Welcome to RepRally ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our iOS application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

You are required to create an account using Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate anyone else.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App may be offered as paid subscriptions, managed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. Subscription terms and billing details are subject to Apple’s and RevenueCat’s policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.

4. User Content

If the App allows you to submit content (such as notes, activity logs, etc.), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a limited license to use it for the operation of the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the backend (Convex or any services)
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute parts of the App

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content provided by the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reproduce them without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure, or free of bugs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Effective Date" and optionally notify you via the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
